Did Dodge ever wise up and come out with a crew cab?  They got killed in '99 
and since then by Ford, who had a great diesel *and* a full crew cab.

When I went truck shopping in '99 I went to a Dodge dealer and asked if they 
had any slightly used diesel crew cabs. I was stunned when he said they didn't 
make crew cabs, just extended cabs.  So, I bought a new Ford to get the cc.

I don't see near as many Dodges in campgrounds as I see Fords and GMs...so 
many people want that crew cab.  

I have heard that Dodge was coming out with one, I guess I could just 
Google......
