  They both could have been traveling faster than they should have for road 
conditions. The road pavement and the bridges are not always level with each 
other. People drive to fast. When they are towing sometimes they don't take into 
consideration that they can't slow down as fast or maneuver as well. When 
they get in an emergency situation an accident can occur.
