I have experience with both Reese dual cam designs and I second Hunter's
opinion.  After taking one of the pictures and enlarging it is very obvious
that the hitch in question is the newer Reese Dual Cam design.  In enlarging
the picture (#6) it is interesting how much the rear portion of the
Explorer's receiver hitch is bowed.  The Explorer may have a bad reputation
for rollovers but they have a strong chassis mounted hitch receiver.
