[A/S] instant hot water


Hi Listies,
Hope someone can help solve our problem.  We have an instant hot water
tank under the kitchen sink with a faucet over the sink like the faucet
for the water filter.  When we draw water it spits and sputters, burns
our arms or wrists and splatters all over.  It happens using either the
water pump or the water hose. Any suggestions?
