Unfortunately turning them upside down rarely works on the newer 
refrigerators. Dometic redesigned them about 25 years ago so that they 
would be less sensitive to operating off level. The plus side was offset 
by the inability of the cooling unit to recirculate backwards.

 Now, if the unit has been operating in one place for a long time (6-12 
months) it will act up some times. The fix is to take it for a ride and 
shake it up rather than just turning it upside down.
