frame separating from the shell.   Look at it and see if it is the problem you 
are having. www.airstream.net has other information about vintage airstreams.  
 
If you contact Airstream directly www.airstream.com they may be able to send you 
another bulletin on the same problem it is either bulletin #1 or #29,  one deals 
with the rear end separation the other deals with frame stiffening.  I am not 
sure on your model if you have to deal with frame stiffening that maybe a 70's 
issue.
