I purchased a truck which belonged to a smoker, I got the smell out by spraying Febreze on everything. I then let it sit with the heater running on high for a hour. It worked. I also wiped down everything before. I did do it twice. I think with a trailer that size I would use a fan to circulate the air. Good luck. Jim
