The only thing you have to do to "winterize" you fresh water storage 
tank is to drain it.
DO NOT put antifreeze in it. While RV antifreeze won't kill you it 
doesn't taste good. The design of the tank leaves some water in the tank 
unless you open up the bottom drain plug which is hidden up inside the 
tank enclosure. Any antifreeze you would put in it will evaporate into 
the rather rough interior of the tank and will be revived next year when 
you fill it. And then you would end up spending hours draining and 
refilling to get the taste out of the water. Not good.
Just drain it and let it dry out naturally, don't put anything in it to 
"protect" it. It doesn't need it.
