Ben, I am not sure if it is the right color for your Airstream, but I have used Sears spray paint "Tool Box Gray" to paint the area around my hitch. It was a perfect match for my 79 and 87. Learned about it on this list. I always keep an extra can around for touch ups. Jack WBCCI 4697
