Hi.  winter is just aroundthe corner and our floors get mighty cold.  the former 
owner has the old skirts, but says they are really hard to get on and he never 
seems to have the time to get them out of storage.  It has been two years and I 
have asked repeatedly and he just ignores me.  SOOOOOO.  Has anyone fabricated 
skirting for their rig, if so, how did you make it and attach it?
