Don,

I use the portable dish from Camping World. Sits on the ground, never 
blows over, folds flat, weighs about 5lbs. and costs $149. It's 
survived heavy rain and wind and takes about 5 min. to set up. It has 
three holes to put tent pegs thru. It's on sale now at CW. Highly 
recommend it.
