Of course, but it is the deep outside compartment with too much air
space to cool the coil.
It is a bad design on Airstream's part,  and Dometic now requires
Airstream factory to install baffles, but did not in the 80's.  There
was a fan in the compartment when we bought it, but doesn't solve the
problem.

Anyway we're stuck with babying it on a daily basis, and only meant to
warn Maurice of the negatives of replacing his.
