Sorry... it doesn't exist. Pet friendly exists, but not loose pets.

spend 60.00 a month for service.....

That's relative.

The two I'm thinking off are the escapee park at Bushnell .... you have to be 
an escapee. http://escapees.com/parkpages/Sumter%20Oaks/sumteroaks.asp

 The other is the Christmas Airstream park. It meets all the criteria except 
the high speed internet.....
