[A/S] hi first timer here

i guys just bought my 1963 overlander last week for $700.00. its in desent 
shape too! my problem is that the po painted the interior with a few coats of 
latex sloppily ans popcorned the ceiling and thats every where so im stripping 
it off but as u know the stuff under latex is realy tuff. and i was wondering 
how to get that off? any help would be great.  john
