Marvin,

It depends on how deep the scratches are. A very lite scratch in the 
finish. One that you can see but barely feel. can be taken out with a 
VERY mild abrasive cleaner. Walbernize Cleaner and Polish has been used 
for many years. It is a more abrasive version of the more common 
Walbernize RV Superseal. What ever is used must be done with the grain, 
gently and repeated.
Now, if when you drag you fingernail across the scratch and you can feel 
the scratch that generally means it is through the finish and into the 
metal. The only fix then is to replace the skin.
