There are several different VAC rallys held around the US each year.  The RM
VAC rally (Rocky Mountain Vintage Airstream Club) is held at a different
location in the state of Colorado each year in late July-early Aug.  The
first couple were at Estes Park, the next was in southern Co (La Veta) and
the this years was in Colorado Springs.  The rally actually runs from Friday
thru the following Wednesday, but many folks just make it for the weekend.
Around the first of the year, we should hear the specifics of next years
rally.  

About the only way to know about these vintage rallys is to watch the
various email lists and websites.  The Vintage Club (www.airstream.net). The
Airstream forums www.airstreamforums.com. The Vintage email list
Majordomo@tompatterson.com with subscribe valist in the body of the msg.  Of
course, Hunter's forum here at Yahoo.  Each source is more than worth the
time investment as they each have their own character and niche.  BTW, if
you have not joined VAC, do so.  It is a sub-club under the WBCCI, but its
culture and attitudes are far more relaxed, with little to none of the
typical WBCCI flavor.  You can join at the Vintage Club website, and be
patient as it takes a few months for your membership and check to make it
thru.  VAC also publishes a quarterly periodical that is excellent.
