[A/S] Rally Visit

I am not a WBCCI member and would like to visit the
rally in Lansing (not stay, just visit).  It sounds
like the thing is spread all over the city.  Where
would be the best place to go? I understand I cannot go
to the main events but would like to see the trailers
and meet people. 

Will WBCCI have a location where someone could get
information on joining?
