Some real heart wrenching photos.

Although the seller claims no structural damage to the chassis, the 
heat from the fire had to weaken the steel.

Whatever someone would rebuild that trailer into, I wouldn't load it 
down to over half the original GVWR (which might just cover the 
weight of the empty unit) unless it was checked out first by a pro.
