no the moter is not bound up in any way the last one ran just fine for about 
2 months. the last discussion with the people at sarasota resulted in them 
givin g me a new switch. which solved the provlem temporary. I think that the 
switches get coroded up and malfunction. When I finish wiring up the sound system 
I will check that. I leave shore power connected up and like to have the fan 
and vent working to keep down the dampness.
