Re: [A/S] Fantastic Fan leak, how to fix?

When I installed my fantastic Fan I bedded it down in 3M 5200 marine sealent
It comes in a large tube for use in a calking gun. Available in white or
black. Dont ever use it on anything you night later disassemble It stays flexable
is very messey to work with adhires to aluminum as well as fiberglass. If I do
not use the whole tube I put the leftover portion in the deep freeze and it
keeps almost indefently.Iam sure that vulkem is a very good sealent but haveing
used5200 for many years in the matine industry with out faillier I am more
comftorable with it. Now if I can only get my fantastic fan to work realiably
Iwould be happy the vent opens and closes but the fan rarly works Have replaced
the guts 4 times and am tired of messing with it
