  My trailer is a 1996.  I know of two problems..... one the clearcoat 
peeling off..... the other is the vinyl headliner has been known to detach from the 
ceiling.

It does not have satellite plugs in the interior, but you can put them in.

The clearcoat and head liner problems are *not* reasons to steer clear of the 
1996. I wouldn't trade mine for any other Airstream out there.
