Hello all-

Our 1979 31' International has Firestone Steeltex Radial RTH 7.00 R15 
LT (load range D) tires on it when we bought it last fall. I can't find 
a date stamp on them. They are showing uneven wear. One tire has flat 
spots; the others have segments of the tread more worn down than 
others, around the tire.
I'd like to determine if these are just bad tires, or if there's 
something else going on- poor tire pressure maintenance, hopping, or an 
axle problem, or?

Any thoughts? what's the current opinion on a good tire choice?
