4X4 is definitely a plus in my book.
This past winter we'd been stuck in the mountains a few extra days 
if we didn't have 4 wheel drive. Not that being stuck there would 
have been terribly bad, but I did have to get home and back to work 
the next day. 
Also had to use 4X4 this past weekend at the beach. Makes parking 
the trailer so much easier.
