That's great, but on the Vintage List, we talk a lot about how to
replace pieces of floor that are rotted from leaks. I think caring for
the finish, washing, waxing probably helps, and maybe the freeze/thaw
cycle up here in Chillyland has something to do with it. After all the
roof on a house doesn't last forever either.
