Most 7 pin female trailer connectors installed now are the flat blade type.
The Airstreams I have worked on and owned had 7 pin round post. In stead of
changing the tow vehicle connector, I finally changed the trailer connector
from the round style to the flat. I figured I'd have the trailer a lot
longer than the tow vehicle, and now I don't have to change anymore.
