Chas, Not all Freon has been outlawed. R12 used in automotive applications has, but R22 used in home/RV systems has not. There are more restrictions on servicing AC's with gas recovery requirements etc. Many home AC shops will work on RV AC's. You just have to be careful how they get up on the roof. Charlie
