Are you sure about the name?  Aristocrat was one of the better made wood
frame/aluminum skin trailers from the 60s/70s era, but Airstream had
NOTHING to do with Aristocrat.  At any rate, any wood frame trailer
approaching 40 years old should be viewed as suspect due to potential
water damage, insects, as well as just wear and tear on the wood frame
construction.
