[A/S] Leaking window on 74 Overlander

Hello;
I just purchased a 74 Overlander.  Several items need repair.  I 
removed the old shag carpet and found some dry rot in the floor 
under a window.   Upon closer inspection I noticed the skylight 
windows on both sides probably are leaking and moisture is visible 
within the window seal.  Anyone know what my options are and where 
to start on a repair?
