Adjustment, adjustment adjustment.

  Go to a horse trailer place, not an RV dealer, and have them adjust 
your hitch. When you buy an RV, you're gone. When you buy a horse 
trailer you never go far(gotta feed everyday), and these guys know it 
and are better prepared to do a job than someone who is happy to sell 
you a trailer, period. Besides, you think a travel trailer breakdown on 
the highway is a bad dream, imagine it with a ton of hysterical 
horseflesh trying to get out of the trailer.

I don't think the hitch you have is as important as having set up for 
that *exact* trailer-puller combination. You can have the most expensive 
leather belt in the world, but if it isn't adjusted right, your pants 
will still fall down.
