[A/S] Patti's starting problems with the Suburban

Hey Patti;

By the sound of how they have to start your Suburban, I would say 
that the problem is in the starter or the solenoid, which is part of 
the starter.  What say everybody who knows vehicle mechanics?  I am 
just a back yard fixit person and a millwright, but that is what I 
would be looking at - replacing the starter.  If they did it already, 
that doesn't mean you automatically got a good one.  Just a 
suggestion. (was the vehicle in a front end accident??)
