[A/S] 11,000 BTU vice honda k2000i

 From the specs, maybe a single EU2000i _might_ (reliably) run your 
11,000 btu a/c, but the best way to find out is to try it.  Meaning, 
try it for several hours on a warm day. There must be a dealer or 
listee close by that would loan you one for the experiment. If you're 
in socal, you might even want to try one of mine - I'm in Santa 
Barbara.
