Hey Wally;

For a park and live in trailer, Airstreams are not exactly the best.  
Other companies actually make Park Travel Trailers which are designed 
to be parked and blocked up.  As far as anything about Airstreams has 
been discussed on this list, the frames are not conducive to jacking 
and blocking, and when one parks a trailer, it is best to either get 
the tires/wheels off, or realize that you are gonna lose them.  Most 
trailer parks which are worth parking in for long periods of time do 
not have concrete pads unless they are actually house trailer parks.  
That said, I have a thirty foot American Trav'ler perma parked and 
landscaped in a park, right on a rise overlooking a lake, about 
thirty miles from my home, with a Florida room added and a fair sized 
deck.  The Florida room has a carport roof coming off the back and 
the trailer is parked under that roof.  The trailer will never move, 
so it doesn't matter if the underside rots out from the moisture of 
the ground under it.  It has an eight inch deep box frame from A 
frame to rear bumper so that it can sit on blocks without warping or 
breaking the frame.  I also have a 31' Airstream for travelling 
around and seeing the country.  I would never park my Airstream in a 
perma park and I won't pull the Trav'ler out of perma park.  If I 
decide to move, or convert to full time Streamer, like Hunter, I will 
sell the place in the park.  If you wish, later in the year, when the 
park re-opens for the season, I will take some digital pics and send 
them to you.  That will be anytime after the middle of May.  You can
