I had one eat the wiring harness of my brand new Pathfinder.
There is a plant spray made of hot pepper juice you might try, or just
wipe a good deal of tabasco around. You probably ought to have a warning
sign for mecanics.
This works good for anything animals are chewing on, your slippers, a
fence, just don't forget and wipe your eyes !!!
