Well we really weren't going that way at first.  I
have some fears but on the otherhand beyond the
obvious comfort level, I considered resale down the
road (maybe 10 years).  The market is moving quickly
towards RV's with slideouts.  At the local show here
in St. Louis, almost every trailer, motorhome, and
even some pop ups and camper shells displayed had
slide outs.
In talking to several dealers who market motor homes,
not having a slide out is becoming a liabilty on used
units.

Airstream's are different beasts in that folks want
them period...but tastes and times change and I'm sort
of betting that the slide will make my unit more
attractive once it comes time to move on.
