 Hello Marvin, My question is this, is this unit not under warranty? 
If it is I would take it to a authorized dealer and let them deal 
with it. In fact even if it wasn't, but close to being in warranty, 
I would still see if they would cover it. This should not be 
happening to this new of trailer unless knowingly you have done 
something wrong. Just my thoughts on the matter. Richard in 
Southwest
