[A/S] Hot Water On-Demand

Decisions....decisions...
I think Garnett(VAC) has this unit and Patti and I agreed, at the 
International, that it would be :-) to have all the hot H2O you need.
But I think there was a down side...can anyone refresh my memory?
I have a 1963 Safari and my present hot water heater works fine but I 
have priced the following from South Jersey RV:
 [On-demand HWH PrecisionTemp manufacturer.  (RV 501 instantaneous)
The water heater does require electricity to run for winter use. It can
run on 12v otherwise.  We have installed one for a customer.  The price
of the unit will be in excess of $900.00 with the winter kit and door. 
Modifications had to be made to the trailer for installation through the
skin.  Installation will be about $500.00.]

So? What do you think folks?
