[A/S] Wheel Alignment

I had a slow leak in one of my trailer tires, so I
removed it and took it in and had it fixed.  Since
the trailer was tilted (jacked up), I did a quick
brake adjustment.  While laying on the ground
adjusting brakes, I noticed the tire on the other side
looked strange.  On closer examination the inside
edge is badly worn.  It is worn evenly all the way
around--thus not a balance problem, must be
alignment.

Question!  Where can I get an alignment done?
I am in Indio, CA on my way back to San Antonio,
TX (after the Rose Parade Rally). Is there any
place along I-10 that can do a proper trailer
wheel alignment on an Airstream?  Or is Jackson
Center the only place to be trusted with this
procedure?

We have to be back in San Antonio by Jan 11
for a medical appointment.  This procedure
cannot be rescheduled!

As always any information will be greatly
appreciated.
