Conrad always laughs each morning when I make up the bed, but it works
and I'm finished in minutes.
I toss all the pillows and the afghan on the floor, smooth the bottom
sheet and tuck where necessary on the outside, then crawl up to the
head, grab the top sheet and spread at the center, pull tightly,
arranging evenly on each side, shake if they won't spread evenly.  Then
I crawl off, I'm short, but still can't stand without meeting the
ceiling.  I straighten the overhang, tuck where necessary and add the
pillows.  I don't put them in the shams anymore, just toss them on top
of the stacked pillows, and I'm done!
I fold the afghan and stack it, and extra pillows we use when lounging
on the couch or for visitors, at the foot of the bed.
I have suspenders on all 4 corners of the bottom sheet and on the foot
of the top sheet.
Actually on laundry day it is almost as easy.
