Those are the light and vent shields for many Airstreams I have them in my 
1991 limited
and have seen them in the Limited and MH's.

They cover the 14" vent where the front vent fan is and also are used to
cover two double florescent fixtures.
If they are spares and are pure white I'd be interersted in purchasing them.

Mine over the years are dingy yellow.
