Bob,
I have three yellow tops in my 59 Ambassador and love them. I'll never go
back to the regular lead acid. I've had them since 99 and never had a
problem. You can position them any way you like and they don't require
venting. I also have a pair in my 87 Suburban diesel and they have never let
me down either. Not sure what the difference is between blue and yellow caps
are though.
