The errands are the problem, it's too long for parking spaces and too long to 
turn into spaces....... if you want the long bed get an extended cab. I have 
all that and much more in the short bed on my truck..... as you I fulltime 
and still have room in the back, my truck bed is my "basement".

If you really want to crew cab long bed, go for it....... I just think it'll 
be a real pain in the butt.
