I went and got a set of LED tail lights and 2 snap in brackets from a
local big truck shop.   I mounted them on the bumper and wired them
in with the regular lights.   My old lights still work but it was hard 
to see
them on a busy road.  Now I can change lanes and stop with knowing
that I can be seen.
I know it don't look ORIGINAL but it is my AS and my safety I worry 
about.
