I think all the sections are held with either Pop Rivets and metal screws 
into the frame.  When I lost a couple of screws and Pop rivets, I replaced them 
and used something like a fender washer under the screw or Pop Rivet.  Fender 
washers are about one inch in outside diameter with a small, center hole.  Home 
Depot or Lowes has them.  You could make your own out of heavy gauge 
aluminum.
