Hunter, that sounds like the Sharp convection oven that Airstream is 
installing in some of the newer trailers. Our 2000 has it. We've 
never had a problem with it "blowing" breakers. We are usually 
careful not to run it when other high wattage things are running. 
(Like a hair dryer). We do however, run it while the A/C is on. 

I am betting you'll like it.
