lug nut size

does anyone know if the lug nut size on the wheels are the same size 
as a standard truck lug nut? i guess my question is, can i use my 
truck lug wrench to tighten/remove bambi's lug nuts? seems like a no 
brainer but the wrench seems a bit large and i don't want to strip 
or round off anything by applying pressure. anyone know the size of 
the lug nuts? if so i could buy a seperate socket for my torque 
wrench.
