Good point on shrinkage of the rubrail/beltline. When I picked up my used 
Excella in May '01 in AZ. the belts looked brand new. When the cold 
weather hit in Nov./Dec., the belts pulled through the rivets on the end in 
several areas. I guess the smart thing would be to install during hot 
weather with enough slack or better yet, install during cold weather. If 
you then found that somehow the belt worked itself out of the track, you 
could shorten it slightly, drill and rivet again. What has worked for those 
who have done this?
