[A/S] Renovation/Restoration

Hi....New to the group and am hoping to find some advice/resources 
for renovation/restoring a 1962 globetrotter...Have done many home 
renovation but never a trailer and am looking for some practical 
advise such as 

1.  renovation vs restoration?
2.  plumbing and air conditioning issues
3.  pitfalls to avoid

Any advise you could offer would be greatly appreciated.  The trailer 
itself is sitting on our rooftop patio and have only seen this once 
before at an architects office in chicago( any one else out there 
done anythign similar?) and it's ultimate goal is as a guest 
bedroom /rooftop bar...
