they usually come pre-finished (some kind of urethane, i believe) - not the
same sort of wall treatment or corkboard material one usually thinks of,
thinking of 'cork'... very slightly resilient, some flexibility, smooth
finish, great insulating factor, low maintenance, easy installation
(subfloor must be absolutely smooth/flat), and a 'renewable resource' (grows
and regrows on the same tree). the ideal flooring material for trailer,
IMO...
