Up this way I see many that are covering the tires on the NORTH side..
Must be to keep the fly's off or something.
People buy things for the strangest reasons.

Ever look in the camping catalogs to see how much space is devoted
to stuff to be dumped into your toilet?  Folks have a thing about the
holding tank.  Wash it out add junk to it, use special paper.

If your system is tight it don't need all that stuff.  Take it for a 
little drive
before you empty it and it will all come out.
It is soooo simple.
