I bought two Delco Voyager maintenance free 105 amp. hr. grp. 27 batteries 
over 2 years ago and they have been kept charged by either a BatteryMinder 
or a 5 watt Solargizer charger/maintainer by Pulse Tech the entire time.  I 
haven't had the slightest problem with them and have heard they have lasted 
as many as 10 years.  They were $84 each when I got them.  If I get 6-7 yrs. 
out of them you can bet I will buy them again.
